WE ARE VERITÀ

  • I was totally captivated by the sound right from the start. The performances are so obviously up to scratch and the recording is a beauty, rich and vibrant.

    BBC Radio 3

  • A real discovery, an incredibly strong ensemble, fiery, imaginative! Everyone is simply top on their instruments.

    Doris Blaich

    SWR2 Alte Musik

  • I attended the concert, and rarely have I experienced an audience here that not only applauded so enthusiastically, but also rose for a standing ovation. There were even cries of ‘bravo’ — something I have encountered only rarely in all my years of coming to Regensburg. You truly captured the hearts of the people of Regensburg.

    Ilona Hanning

BR Klassik - Tage Alter Musik Regensburg

  • They have sweetness and vigor. The swelling that comes from natural bowing is not done here; sustained notes are smooth.

    American Record Guide

  • “A great new ensemble with imaginative and daring young musicians that play with drive and pepper. They obviously love the rich sound; the recording was made in the rather reverberant acoustics, nevertheless, you can hear the fine nuances very well and vividly.“

    Doris Blaich

    SWR2 Alte Musik

  • The production alone is enough to make this album a contender for the Best of the Year.
